The wedding industry has changed in so many good ways these past few years and one of my favorite change is finding couples that are choosing to do what fits them. Many couples are breaking away from traditional marriage and really making the day their own. Filled with personal touches, skipping out on things that don’t fit their style, wearing something that speaks to them and something they truly feel lovely in, choosing all of their favorite people instead of inviting their parents coworkers and that one family member you haven’t seen in over 10 years.

Not much to say about this other than IT. WAS. MAGICAL! We are so thankful that Chelsea and Paul brought us along for their adventure. They made us feel like part of their friends and we will never forget that. Spending 5 days on a boat with people you never met in person can make you feel anxious, but once we got on the ship and met up with Chelsea and Paul and their friends and family, we knew immediately that our week was going to be filled with so much fun. We went to karaoke every single night and the whole cast member team definitely knew us by the end of the week.

This past year has felt like 10 years. Pandemic fatigue has worn on all of us, but no matter how many dark days we are stuck inside, there are days where it feels as if the world still has a little bit of light that glows. And as corny as it sounds, love is what is keeping us going. Many of our couples have decided to get creative with their weddings because at the end of the day, they just want to be married. Courtney and Zach’s intimate wedding was full of love and happy tears.

From a tear filled first look, a beautiful ceremony, to dancing the night away in downtown Newport Kentucky at the Syndicate, this wedding had it all. As some of you may or may not know we are getting married ourselves in just over three weeks. We have been hard at work finishing up all the details and then had a thought. We are getting married in a brand new venue here in Cincinnati why not show it off a bit? Everyone, please meet The Factory. The team there has been absolutely killing it getting things together and each time we show off the photos there are a lot of praise for the space. The space itself is large, accommodating, and gives us butterflies each time we stop in.
